Jim,
Thank you for your in depth treatmen...Dear Fr. Jim,
Thank you for your in depth treatment of Jesus of the Divine Mercy. "Jesus, I trust in You" is such a simple statement, yet so mindbogglingly profound. The Divine Mercy and The Sacred Heart are two sides of one holy coin. Salvation is found when the two ideas are working together. Jesus loves me and I love Him. These ideas when wedged into the Spiritual Exercises magnify and enrich our union in prayer with our Lord. They help us understand the importance of our working with Him under His Standard.

Having visited Krakow and stumbling upon Jesus' Shine of the Divine Mercy while upon a pilgrimage. It was that visit 7 years ago, that permanently cemented in my mind the profound and holy work of the Society. There is a Jesuit rectory found at the Shrine, with a dozen or so Jesuits tending to St. Faustina's heirs and the faith filled pilgrims at the shrine. Jesuits were with St. Margaret Mary and Jesuits were with St. Faustina. The Society has been given important work indeed.

JMJ

JoeJoseph Frommhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16759274486679530625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5397690736097672103.post-22432394223710181512011-05-02T10:58:48.913-05:002011-05-02T10:58:48.913-05:00Thank you so much for sharing this homily Fr.
